A refund may be approved if:
- The requested service has not yet been initiated by our team.
- A payment has been made more than once for the same service due to a technical or processing error.
- Eduway Career is unable to provide the agreed service because of circumstances within our control.
Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:
- The consultation, counselling, application processing, documentation, or any other requested service has already commenced.
- The student decides not to continue after the service has started.
- A university, college, embassy, or any third-party institution rejects an application or visa request.
- Delays or decisions made by educational institutions, government authorities, or visa offices.
- Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the student.
- Change of personal plans, preferences, or circumstances after enrolling for our services.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team by email with the following details:
- Full Name
- Contact Number
- Payment Receipt or Transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
- Any supporting documents, if applicable
Our team will review your request and respond within 7–10 business days.
Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited through the original payment method used for the transaction whenever possible. Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, it may take 7–14 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Service Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a service, please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests received before the assigned service has begun may qualify for a partial or full refund, depending on the stage of processing. Once work has commenced, cancellation charges may apply, and the remaining amount, if any, will be refunded at Eduway Career’s discretion.
