Terms and Conditions

1. Acknowledgement and Acceptance

By submitting the registration form and paying the counselling or registration fee, the candidate and their parent/guardian explicitly agree to all terms and conditions listed in this document. This contract becomes legally active immediately upon payment confirmation. No separate signature is required — payment itself constitutes acceptance.

2. Strict Non-Refundability Clause

All fees paid to Eduway Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances. This applies to:

  • Registration fees
  • Booking tokens
  • Full package payments
  • Partial payments made at any stage

This policy applies across all service streams without exception.

3. No Guarantee of Admission

Eduway’s role is strictly limited to professional guidance, preference filling, data analysis, and strategic counselling support. Final admission depends entirely on merit, rank, cut-offs, and decisions by official governing bodies such as MCC, JoSAA, DGHS, State Counselling Authorities, or any foreign university admission office.

  • Non-allotment of a seat is NOT grounds for a refund
  • Rank or merit variations do NOT qualify for a refund
  • Rejection by a college or university does NOT qualify for a refund

4. Service Utilisation Definition

Fees cover immediate administrative and intellectual costs that begin the moment registration is confirmed, including:

  • Allocation of a dedicated career counsellor
  • Access to cut-off data, trend analysis, and proprietary software tools
  • Document verification and profile benchmarking
  • Strategic college and branch/course preference mapping
  • Ongoing support through all counselling rounds

5. MBBS Abroad — Offer Letter Policy

For students registering under the MBBS Abroad stream, the following additional terms apply:

  • If the student receives an offer letter from any college abroad and subsequently wishes to withdraw or back out for any reason, the registration fee is STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
  • If an offer letter is NOT received by the student despite Eduway’s best efforts, the company MAY consider a refund of the registration fee at its sole discretion, subject to a case-by-case review.
  • The decision to refund under the above clause rests entirely with Eduway Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. and is not guaranteed.

6. Candidate Forfeiture and Non-Cooperation

The fee is forfeited without refund if the candidate:

  • Fails to provide required documents on time
  • Fills incorrect choices against the counsellor’s advice
  • Abandons the counselling process midway
  • Secures a seat independently through other quotas or means
  • Decides to opt out, skip rounds, or drop out voluntarily at any stage of the process

7. No Inter-Stream Transfer

Fees paid for one specific stream (e.g., NEET UG) cannot be transferred, adjusted, or applied against another stream (e.g., JoSAA or NEET PG). Each registration is independent and stream-specific.

8. No Candidate Substitution

Paid counselling slots are unique to the registered applicant and cannot be transferred to siblings, friends, relatives, or any other candidate under any circumstances.

9. Document and Rank Verification

Providing incorrect ranks, invalid category certificates, or fraudulent documents voids the service immediately, with no fee refund. Eduway reserves the right to terminate services without refund in the event of misrepresentation.

10. Force Majeure and Government Changes

Changes in government seat matrices, exam dates, reservation policies, cut-off shifts, or any regulatory decisions by official authorities are external events beyond Eduway’s control. Eduway Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. holds no financial liability for such changes, and these do not constitute grounds for a refund.

11. Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts only, as applicable to the registered office location of Eduway Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. By registering, the candidate and guardian agree to this jurisdiction clause.

 

MANDATORY ACCEPTANCE DECLARATION

By proceeding with payment on eduwaycareer.com/register/the candidate and their parent/guardian confirm that they have:

  • Read and understood all 11 clauses above in full
  • Agreed to the 100% Non-Refundable Fee Policy without exception
  • Acknowledged that Eduway does not guarantee admission outcomes
